The record works through the struggle of hanging on to the things you love as you grow older. Distraction is a constant theme — trying to ignore the world around you and focus on what's actually important.

Recorded over the course of 4 years, the album features catchy hooks, danceable beats, gritty guitars, and gnarly synths, leading to the most accurate portrayal of their live performance on record yet.
